How our text messaging works

We do not operate a marketing list. There is nothing to subscribe to, and no box to tick. Every text message we send is a reply to somebody who messaged us first.

You start the conversation

Text (954) 866-2171 and you are talking to Money Penny, our AI assistant. By text she handles the practical side: booking and confirming appointments, telling you where your paperwork stands, what we still need from you, our office hours, and putting you through to one of our own licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.

She does not take a loan application by text and she cannot tell you the rate you personally will get — those sit with one of our own licensed Mortgage Loan Originators. If you would rather talk it through, ring the same number and ask her anything.

What we will never do

  • Add your number to a list. You text us; we never text first.
  • Send promotional offers, rate alerts or property listings.
  • Sell or share your mobile information with anybody for marketing purposes.
  • Ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or account numbers by text.

The last one is enforced in the software rather than left to somebody remembering: a message that looks like it contains any of those is refused before it is sent.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message and it stops immediately and permanently. Your number goes onto a never-contact list that blocks every future message from every part of our system — not just the conversation you were in.

Reply HELP and you get our name and how to reach a person. You can also just ring (954) 866-2171 and ask.

If you want us to text you

Write your number down once and tell us, in your own words, what you want to hear about. We keep exactly what you agreed to and when, word for word, and you can stop at any time.

The required wording, in full

We reply only to people who message us first — no marketing lists, no promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or call (954) 866-2171.
