Women in Real Estate Funding
Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, what we refuse to take, and how to make us stop. Written to describe what our systems actually do rather than to cover every eventuality.
The short version
- We do not sell your information, and we never have.
- We do not share your mobile number or your consent to be texted with anyone for their marketing.
- We only text people who texted us first, or who asked us to.
- Reply STOP and we stop, permanently, everywhere in our systems.
What we collect
Your name and contact details when you give them to us — on this website, by text, or on the phone. What you tell us about what you are trying to do. The history of our conversations with you, including calls, which may be recorded.
If you go on to apply for a loan, the information a lender requires: income, employment, assets, debts, the property, and identifiers including a Social Security number. That is collected in the application itself, by a licensed person, and never over text message.
What we refuse to take
Our AI assistant will not accept a Social Security number, a date of birth, a bank login or an account number — not by text, not spoken aloud on a call, not spelled out. This is enforced in the software and not only in her instructions: a message containing one is refused before it is stored, rather than saved and hidden.
If you have already sent something like that, tell us and we will remove it.
Text messages
We text people who text us first, or who ask us to. There is no marketing list, and we do not buy or sell one. Message frequency varies, because we reply when you write. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message and your number goes onto a never-contact list that blocks every future message from every part of our system — not a preference a later import can overwrite. Reply HELP for our details.
No mobile information is sold, and none is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calls
Calls may be recorded, and you are told so at the start of the call. Florida requires everyone on a call to consent to being recorded; if you would rather not be, say so or hang up and we will speak to you another way.
Recordings carry a deletion date written when the recording is made, and are deleted automatically when it passes.
Who else sees it
Lenders and settlement service providers, when you are applying for a loan and only what that requires. The companies that run our systems — our telephone carrier, our hosting and our database — which process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. Anyone we are legally required to give it to.
Nobody for their own marketing. WIRE Funding is a trading name of IBIUBU@DAXDUNN.COM, LLC, which also operates IBIUBU. They are separate operations and we do not move your information between them to sell you something.
How it is protected
Anything sensitive is encrypted where it is stored, and the version of a message our team reads on screen has sensitive figures masked out of it. Access requires an individual sign-in, and every read of a sensitive item is written to an audit trail with the name of the person who did it.
No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that it is built so that the ordinary way of working does not expose anything.
Asking us to remove you
Write to info@wirefunding.me or text (954) 866-2171 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and remove what we are not required to keep.
Florida requires a licensed mortgage broker to keep transaction records for three years, so if you have applied for a loan there are records we cannot delete on request. We will say which.
We reply only to people who message us first — no marketing lists, no promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or call (954) 866-2171.
