Those decisions are made here, by one of our licensed Mortgage Loan Originators, who has looked at your actual circumstances, and to the lender.

Any figure you see here is an illustration of how the arithmetic works. It is not yours.

Money Penny is an AI, not a person. She says so, and she will say so again any time you ask. She will answer questions and work the numbers through with you.

She cannot approve anything, decline anything, set a rate, or move an application forward. Those are reserved to licensed people, in software as well as in policy.

We reply to people who message us first. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not send a Social Security number, a date of birth, an account number or a password by text. Our systems refuse them, and no legitimate request from us will ever ask for one that way.
